CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP 1 ONION, DICED 1 GREEN PEPPER, DICED 1 RED PEPPER, DICED 2 TABLESPOON BUTTER 1 LB. GROUND BEEF, BROWNED AND DRAINED 1 LB. MILD SAUSAGE, BROWNED AND DRAINED 1-2 BAGS TORTILLA CHIPS IN A LARGE MICROWAVE SAFE BOWL, PLACE CUBED CHEESE, TOMATOES AND CHILIES, AND MUSHROOM SOUP. MICROWAVE AT 2 MINUTE INTERVALS, STIRRING BETWEEN EACH INTERVAL, UNTIL CHEESE MIXTURE IS MELTED AND SMOOTH. PLACE INTO A LARGER SLOW COOKER. CHOP ONION, GREEN PEPPER, AND RED PEPPER; SAUTE IN BUTTER. ADD GROUND BEEF, COOK AND DRAIN. ADD TO CHEESE MIXTURE. BROWN AND DRAIN SAUSAGE AND ADD TO CHEESE MIXTURE. KEEP SLOW COOKER ON LOW TO KEEP WARM AND SERVE WITH TORTILLA CHIPS. 18-20 SERVINGS GET A PRETTY NECKLACE WITH A HEART ON IT FOR VALENTINE'S DAY. BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!

STUFFED PORK LOIN 1 LB. FRESH MUSHROOMS, CHOPPED 1 LARGE ONION, CHOPPED 1 STICK BUTTER 2 CUPS BREAD CRUMBS 1/2 TEASPOON SALT 1 TABLESPOON SAGE 1 TABLESPOON THYME 1 TABLESPOON PEPPER 1 (7-8 LB.) PORK LOIN PREHEAT OVEN TO 325 DEGREES. IN A LARGE SKILLET, SAUTE' MUSHROOMS AND ONION IN BUTTER. ADD BREAD CRUMBS, SALT, SAGE, THYME, AND PEPPER. MIX WELL AND REMOVE FROM HEAT. CUT PORK LOIN THE FULL LENGTH TO MAKE A POUCH FOR STUFFING. STUFF WITH BREAD CRUMB MIXTURE AND TIE PORK LOIN TO SECURE. BROWN PORK LOIN ON BOTH SIDES IN SKILLET. REMOVE FROM SKILLET AND PLACE IN A LARGE BAKING DISH. COVER WITH ALUMINUM FOIL AND BAKE AT 325 DEGREES FOR APPROXIMATELY 2 HOURS. (BAKING TIME WILL DEPEND ON SIZE OF PORK LOIN.) REMOVE FOIL. RETURN TO OVEN AND BAKE AN ADDITIONAL 30 MINUTES, UNCOVERED. REMOVE FROM OVEN AND LET STAND 10 MINUTES BEFORE SLICING. 10-12 SERVINGS
